Joe Soto earned a bachelor’s degree in radio, television, and film at NIU and is a radio personality at 102.7 FM, V103 in Chicago. After the shooting, he came to campus with his family and took video footage on February 24, then he set the video to the Enya song, "Only Time." The video shows the residence halls on the west side of campus, Huskie Stadium, memorials around Cole Hall, and Joe's children.
"As an NIU Huskie I felt the need to be there to see the tributes to the fallen Huskies. I wanted to share them with my family as well. We will never forget. Forward, Together Forward."
