In the Saturday Journal, Nos. 311 and 312, "Margaret Leicester" is spoken of as "a nom de flume of a noted popular writer," and as "of a favorite authoress." Her real name is unknown. †It is possible that she was Miss M. B. Stuart, who also wrote under the name 'Grace Mortimer.'
