"Albert Cecil Gaines" was a pseudonym of Arthur C. Grissom.(1) For novels written under this name, see Grissom. This pseudonym was used also for short stories in the Banner Weekly in the late 1880's and early 1890's. Note that the initials in the pseudonym are the same as in the real name.
